The Graphic Designer will serve as the primary designer for the company and coordinate a consistent look and feel for Innovation Ads and all of the company’s web portals. This position reports to the Director of Marketing and will be responsible for ensuring that all projects are completed and executed to the highest standards. The Designer will provide the highest quality work and perform tasks in the quickest and most cost-effective manner.

Responsibilities:

• Create design (images / copy) for proprietary and affiliate web sites;
• Manage creative gallery and overall creative development for proprietary websites;
• Conceptualize and manage development of new email, banner, and text ads;
• Develop creative that works within the company’s websites;
• Develop print materials for in-house projects including trade shows, media kits and client presentations;
• Communicate with clients and management throughout design & development process;
• Ability to perform, as necessary, all tasks associated with Jr. and Graphic Designer positions.

Qualifications:

• 3+ years professional graphic design with references—not including college, or part time work;
• Meticulous and detail oriented;
• Bachelor’s Degree;
• Experience with all print software for pc platforms including: Adobe InDesign, Quark Express or PageMaker;
• Experience with all online software for pc platforms including D/HTML/JavaScript/CSS, Photoshop, Fireworks, Dreamweaver, and Microsoft Office
